Part Smoothie Part Soft Serve
This is one of those intuitive recipes that practically birthed itself. It just occured to me while I was barely even awake!
For this recipe, be sure to freeze ahead of time peeled bananas that are broken up into 4 or 5 pieces before freezing. Also freeze a cluster of seedless organic red grapes already of the stem.
frozen bananas (use as many as you like in terms of texture)
frozen red or purple grapes 2 handfuls
8 oz. coconut water
1 T. macca powder
1 tsp. lacuma powder
3 tsp. chia seeds
1-2 tsps. spirulina
Blend until nice and thick and creamy! Eat with a spoon and enjoy. Super yummy and satisfying.
