We know that eating on the go can be a challenge. Perhaps you like to take your time in the morning before breaking your fast and would like to bring your breakfast with you to work to have when you intuitively feel ready. Coconut chia pudding is a great way to break your fast. We always suggest having warm lemon water upon arising and then seeing how long you can stretch out your fast. You can make up these pots the night before with the chia pudding and then toss in fresh fruit and seal with the air tight lids and keep in the fridge until you are ready to go.
