Instructions
  1. Steam the beets. When they cool, skin and cut them into bite sized chunks.
  2. In a bowl, mix them with 2 T balsamic vinegar and 1 T olive oil.
  3. Add pine nuts, pomegranates and snipped chives according to your desire.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
