If you like beet salad then this one is sure to please. Those of you who follow my recipe blogs might know by now that I am crazy-wild about pomegranates. In fact I am always on the hunt for ways to incorporate them in my recipes. I just can’t help myself!
Today was a first. When I openned this one, the seeds were a light pink blush instead of the ruby-red I am used to seeing. This seems to be the blushing blonde version. I noticed that the seeds tasted sweeter than normal. Actually I am delighted they were more albino and transparent as it makes for a more interesting beet salad visual.
