Notice in the Avocado Banana Sushi how I chose to use avocados and mac nuts to go along with the banana. The healthy mufa fat will help slow down how fast the sugar in the banana hits your pancreas. Adding bee pollen, black sesame seeds and cranberries ups the phytonutirents and antioxidants. If you need a sweet treat this is a great way to do it!
One way to make this really festive and fun is to put a range of ingredients out in little dishes/saucers. Arrange them on the counter or bar and let your guests create their own banana sushi combinations.
