The woman I just described above was me. Yes me, Robyn Randolph.
When I turned 60, I didn’t feel sixty, except for the nagging fact that I had this new normal, inflamed hip issue that definitely threatened to slow me down on a daily basis. I began to notice many of my friends (typically post menopausal) also complaining about hip and joint issues.
