Without inflammation cholesterol would not accumulate in the wall of the blood vessels and cause heart disease and strokes. Without inflammation, cholesterol would move freely throughout the body but with it cholesterol becomes trapped.
Inflammation, by design is your body’s natural defence to foreign invaders such as a bacteria, toxins or viruses. Inflammation is the perfect response to dealing with these invaders. However, if we continually expose our body to toxins in our food and water we set our bodies up for chronic inflammation and the affects of that are at the root of all major diseases.
