“I meet most diets and eating plans (and particularly the words ‘raw’ and ‘fasting’) with a degree of unhappiness and trepidation . . . but Pure 5:2 has been the easiest, most immediately effective lifestyle eating I have ever tried.

“PURE 5:2 Transformation is truly a wonderful road map to clean healthful living. There is easy to understand information that is presented in an honest straight forward way. The 2 writers lay out a program of great recipes with an easy way of getting back to eating and living a more natural healthy way of life. The information is clear, concise, and without any corporate agendas or products to sell.
Their concern seems to be a return to good health with fewer diseases, sicknesses, and problems coming from the foods we eat. We, as a people are just not eating enough wholesome foods that contain the proper vitamins, minerals, enzymes and nutrients. In my view, sugar in all forms is a major concern. Our bodies are overloaded trying to process too many foreign chemicals, antibiotics, fertilizers and bug poisons. Our immune systems just cannot fight off all of these incoming chemical additives. This book is an amazing source to find out so many new healthy recipes to lose weight and detox your body. The recipes are gluten free, diary free and nutrient-dense.
